What is important is these are leaders that are graduating. Leadership is the most difficult thing to replace on a college football team.
Brandon Bair, Casey Mathews, Spencer Paysinger and TJ3 were all senior captains on this team. The Ducks will need the underclassmen to step up in their place next season if Oregon is going to seriously contend for the Pac-10 title.
